Our Story
Encoders Brandtech was founded in 2022 with a mission to bring meaningful technology to the traditional Indian coaching industry. What began as a small initiative to help a local coaching institute digitize its operations laid the foundation for something much bigger.
The idea for Schoolink took shape through the journey of our founder, Rahul Rajpal – a self-taught developer who began learning through Google and online platforms back in 2012. Without following a conventional academic path, Rahul built his skills through real-world experience, eventually becoming a tech lead in a product company. Along the way, he recognized the everyday operational and analytical challenges that coaching institutes face – and the lack of accessible, tech-driven solutions to address them.
He was joined by Rashi Arora, a licensed psychologist with a deep passion for child psychology. Her insights into student behavior and learning environments brought a much-needed human-centered perspective to the product. Together, they set out to build Schoolink – a platform designed to help coaching institutes streamline their operations, improve student engagement, and grow effectively.
